In order to convince the HVAC industry, we needed to gain the trust of HVAC contractors, a naturally skeptical demographic who hate change. So, we sat down with them and figured out what made them tick. We merged this deeply human understanding with historical industry data, and crafted a story and a visual technique that made HVAC technicians look and feel like heroes…and it worked.

DEMOGRAPHIC EXPANSION

In order to secure large contracts, Bluon needed to catch the attention of Asset Managers with corporate facility portfolios. So, we created a text animation campaign specifically designed for the LinkedIn platform. We created multiple ads with different messages for each pain point, 3 using fear and 3 using optimism as their motivation.

HEROIC Re-targeting

After securring leads with our LinkedIN campaign, we re-targeted those same Asset Managers with a well-messaged video, highlighting their specific pain-points and making them feel like heroes, too.

Training Videos FOR GROWTH

Exponential growth meant more hires, customers and service techs using the product in the field. Bluon saw an opportunity to not only train their own employees, but also the entire Bluon user base, creating it’s own accreditation program that became an entirely new sales funnel. Our high-production level videos sent retention through the roof, and attracted thousands of new users to the Bluon product and platform.

Product Expansion

The amount of attention, growth, excitement, and feedback surrounding Bluon’s initial product gave the company a wealth of data…and the venture capital to take advantage of it.
